Following the amazingness of the 2016 Northampton Town Festival, the organisers have set their sights even higher for 2017…

The 2016 show ran over 2 days in the heart of Northampton at the historical Racecourse and attracted over 40,000 visitors with its trade stands, food and non-stop entertainment it is guaranteed to dazzle and delight all who attend!

Started in 1909, the Old Town Show started ran every year (except war years) until 2002 when the show was merged with the balloon festival.

2016 saw the revival of the Old Town Show, brought to you by Show Time Events, who are bringing the community together again and reviving the best of the Old Town Show in all of its glory, whilst bringing back the much missed Balloons to the Racecourse.

These two events shape our towns history with many of us sharing fond, colourful memories of the days gone by.

The 2017 Show is billed as the Biggest and Best show that the town has ever seen with even more entertainment and community involvement, a giant funfair, food stalls, shopping and trade stands in marquees, The Knights of Nottingham, The Vander Wheel of Death, Broke FMX, The Lawmen and a huge firework display to name but a few.  The show will be on 1st & 2nd July at The Northampton Racecourse.

Aimed at families, it guarantees a great day out for all and has an expected footfall in excess of 60,000 for this free entry event.
