Thank you for booking trade space at Northampton Town Festival traders. The event is nearly upon us so here is all you need to know. If you have any further questions please email email@example.com .
Set Up Times
The festival is open to the public from 10.30am – 11pm on Saturday and Sunday. You may trade within these hours.
The gates will open at 4pm on Friday for traders to set up and will close at 9pm. Upon arrival you will be ushered to the appropriate trade area (As shown on the map below) and spaces will be given on a first come first serve basis. Arrive early to avoid disappointment. Our security team from NS-UK are on site to keep an eye on any equipment left overnight but please do not leave valuables unattended. Traders can also set up on Saturday morning from 6.30am-10am providing all cars are removed by 10am on Saturday. It is vital that all vehicles must be off site by 10am on Saturday morning to ensure public safely.
Car Parking Passes
There will be one car parking pass allocated to you which can be picked up upon arrival. There is a limit of one car per trader. All other cars will need to park in an alternative car park with a £5 charge.
Please note that traders must only sell the items quoted upon booking. If you have not been permitted to sell food goods and are found to be selling food goods you will be asked to leave the event.

Wifi Available – £20 per stall per day
Cat 5 will be offering wifi for traders at the event at the price listed above. If you would like access to wi-fi at the event please get in touch with Cat 5 using the contact details below
